Except that Tyrian characters can travel over to Cantha if they own both Prophecies and Factions (and linked the two games), so they CAN go to Shing Jea Monestary...

Is it just me, or does the new mask sorta look like Bowser from Super Mario Bro's?

I see Tyrian characters in Shing Jea all the time, so I'm pretty sure that they'll be allowed for this Festival.

For those of you who haven't done it yet...
"On accounts with both Guild Wars Factions and Guild Wars Prophecies, players may take characters back and forth between the continents of Cantha and Tyria. The first journey to a new continent must be done through a quest. After that, characters may travel quickly and easily using the Ship Travel icon on the world map.
Factions characters wishing to travel to Tyria for the first time should seek out Guardsman Chienpo in Kaineng Center and take the "Chaos in Kryta" quest.
Prophecies characters may travel to Cantha using the quest "Mhenlo's Request," which is offered by Firstwatch Sergio in Lion's Arch."
Characters coming from Tyria will need to take the following steps:
Travel to Cantha as described above.
Travel south through the Marketplace to Kaineng Docks.
Speak to Firstmate Xiang, who will transport you to Seitung Harbor.
Travel west through Saoshang Trail and Linnok Courtyard to reach Shing Jea Monastery."

Pretty much all my Tyrian toons are at least at Shing Jea, since when I'm bored I blast through the first two missions to help them on their way to Canthan Protector titles.
For me this event has Rice Wine farming written all over it. Drunkard title here I come. I just I knew what the noob island tradable collector items were going to be in advance so I could get some pre-farming in. Any devs out there wanna point us in the right direction? Nagas? Kappas? Mantids?
My hunch is Naga...

Naga was for the Tengu masks, so not sure if that'll be the way they go for this celebration.
How about Crimson Skull Coins? They seem to hate those buggers...

Since Tengu masks are dyable I would assume Dragon masks will be dyable, too.

Ooh, sounds promising. Too bad the biggest collection of Crimson Skull is quite a hike from the closest outpost, and they're not all, say, level 3... Still, I'm sure a solo build can be devised for them...
Mantids would be good, imo. Just Shaoshang trail over and over...

If you look down on the bottom right corner of your monitor, you should see a little, clock, double click it and choose the timezone tab. You'll notice a dropdown list with various items in it corresponding to different locations. Each one lists something like "(GMT-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada)"
This means that to figure out central time, take the GMT time and subtract 6 from it. 7:00GMT = 1:00 central time (AM)

And I would like to point out the point that a poster made a few pages back that was taken the wrong way. When it says "special surprised TRUE Canthans wont want to miss" THAT is what he/she was referring to as "making it sound like there is something extra special for faction made characters." Right or not it's interesting none the less. On the flip side no Faction created character has the other holiday items.. but who knows if/what it may be referring to.
(And I never knew the Tengu masks were dyable)
